Take you to get your NIE number from the police station, assist you with furniture shopping, accompany you when you sign for your property at the Notary, assist you with snagging, ensure any snagging problems are dealt with by Polaris World, arrange for an initial clean and see in your furniture (please note this service is only possible if you have used one of our reccomended suppliers, as we have had several instances of the furniture not arriving at the stated time - and even the correct day with some other suppliers!).

English speaking Fiscal Representative and legal adviser, who will …
provide legal representation for you when buying a property in Spain, searches for outstanding debts on the property, validates that the seller is legally able to sell the property, arranges for a meeting at the Notary in order to register you as the legal owner on the deeds (Escurita). On your behalf obtain NIE numbers (required for non residents) or a Residence Permit (if required), draw up a Spanish will (required for your property in Spain), advise on tax issues etc. Can also act with power of attorney over your Spanish bank account in order to pay bills while you are not in Spain (water, electricity, phone community charges etc) - keeping you regularly informed and ensuring that you are not cut off !
Spanish Bank Manager-
Most clients take out a Spanish mortgage for their property in Spain as the interest rates are less. We will introduce you to the Bank Mangers at Bankinter and Caja Murcia. They are English speaking and very helpful, they will also give you advice on Spanish Mortgages and transferring funds.(we can open a bank account before you visit Spain – with English internet access)
Independent Mortgage Advisor.
English or Spanish mortgages, our Advisor will visit you in your home to discuss your requirements. Again, many clients re-mortgage their existing UK property in order to partly fund the property in Spain
Property Management Company
Who will provide rental management, key handling, laundry services, cleaning and changeovers, bookings for your Polaris World property. Give information and advice on English-speaking doctors and dentists, house and house contents insurance, anti-theft devices, car insurance, medical insurance, telephone installation, mobile phone subscription, swimming pool installation, furniture packs (including supervised delivery) and where to buy the things you need, etc.
